After Monday’s draining and grading of the holding tank, it’s time for some essential clearing up at the fish farm before heading over to Fensmere for an incredible catch!

Russell Widgington and Steve have put in an amazing session at Fensmere, working hard to land some truly special carp. The lake never gives up her prizes easily, but their dedication has been rewarded with four incredible fish so far:

???? And the session highlight – the legendary Split Lateral at a new best weight of 67lb 4oz!

It was no surprise to see Russell in the middle of a battle when I went to make a coffee in the afternoon—this was a moment to remember!
