Bagging the LIMIT at Glen Haffy! ???? Opening Day 2026

​Opening day at Glen Haffy Conservation Area did NOT disappoint! We headed out for the 2026 trout season opener and the bite was on fire.

Nothing beats the crisp spring air and the sound of a screaming reel. The ponds were stocked and the fish were active.

I managed to hit my limit early just using worm as bait, especially if you're looking for a consistent rainbow trout bite.
