As we near the end of September the temperature and rainfall has triggered the steelhead to begin to stack near the Lake Erie tributaries, with a few beginning the migration. After a quick review of our flies, we identified we need to tie up two flies – eggs and the white death patterns which are deadly on Elk Creek.
