We headed up to Ludington, Michigan, to chase down some massive King Salmon right off the beaches of Lake Michigan!
Things didn't exactly go according to plan—after getting camp set up and gearing up for night fishing, we found out park rules cut our fishing window short at midnight. With cold water swells hovering around 44°F, we had to adapt our tactics fast: wading deep into the freeze, rigging up live alewives, and breaking out the infrared setup to film the action after dark.
