In today's winter steelhead fishing adventure, I head out to float the river with Tommy and my good friend Cody Herman from @DayOneOutdoors . The river has perfect conditions for a plug bite for winter steelhead, and it didn't take us long to come across a big winter steelhead, which we provided to the hatchery broodstock program to help the future generations of fish on the river! So cool to catch a steelhead and provide to this amazing hatchery program. And we even got a bonus fish at the end of the trip!
