Winter carp fishing is HARD MODE.
In this video I’m using a pink wafter, and the underwater footage shows exactly why cold-water takes are so tricky.
The carp keeps trying to suck the hookbait in…
but the sucks are too weak, and the hook doesn’t fully get into its mouth.
You can clearly see the bait get pulled in,
then not taken properly — again and again.
Finally, it commits and takes the hookbait properly,
and the fish runs off… and that’s where the video ends.
