While some say the Ghost Minnow has it’s roots in the classic Carrie Stevens pattern the Gray Ghost, the Ghost Minnow bears almost no resemblence to the pattern. The Ghost Minnow is indeed a great, lively streamer pattern used to lure trout, salmon, steelhead, smallmouth, and pike. It’s use of Ice Wing Fiber and Laser Dub make it one of the best modern synthetic creative patterns.Tied originally by Cheech at Flyfish Food, who designed it for stillwater trout fishing. Our version is designed for warm water fishing for pike and bass.
