A Dad to 2 beautiful girls! I’m currently posting everyday showing my day to day life. I have a home gym so I’ll be showing you my workouts while I’m on a 100 kg cut. Over the past few years I’ve been on a weight loss journey with many ups & downs but I’ve committed this time to a 100kg cut wanting to become a healthier fitter person not only for myself but to be better for my kids.
When I have a bit of spare time I like to go fishing,4x4ing & finding nice spots to fly my drone.
