I'm trying to give a few tips to on this type of fishing for anyone interested and also putting that in action on the video.

Carp fishing isn't the most popular in Australia but once you learn to target them on lures, I bet I could make most people enjoy catching them, strong fish that usually put up an awesome fight, pound for pound there is no other fish in our waterways, that fight so hard.

They may not be a tasty fish but they are one hell of a sports fish, anyone who enjoys fishing as a sport, should definitely target carp on lures, I'm fishing 4lb braid 8lb leader on Ultralight fishing gear for the added fun, so get out there and give it a go, once you catch a few it may just change your opinion.
