Join me as I go flyfishing for steelhead on a icy March morning. Steelhead are a lake run Rainbow Trout that put up an incredible fight. I did pretty well this morning nymphing for them with eggs in this small creek. It always amazes me how a magnificent fish like this will can be found in such small holes on tiny great lakes tributaries. I will be steelheading quite a bit this March until we transition to river Smallmouth and then on to Largemouth and Pike in the new kayak I just ordered.
