What was supposed to be a simple day chasing salmon with my buddy turned into one of the weirdest and most frustrating fishing trips I’ve had.

We headed out to the Bowmanville River hoping to get into some salmon, and we definitely found fish… but things took a turn when a group nearby started throwing rocks into the water, casting over us, walking directly through the hole we were fishing, and coming ridiculously close to us. Eventually I had enough and spoke up.

There are still some awesome salmon moments in this one, but this trip definitely didn’t go the way we expected.
