River season’s over… so the mission begins. ????

With the rivers now closed and barbel fishing off the cards for a while, I’ve switched things up and taken on a new challenge — targeting canal carp.

Throughout this summer, I’ll be putting in the time on the canals, learning the water, figuring out feeding patterns, and trying to outsmart some proper hard-fighting canal carp. It’s a completely different game compared to river fishing, and that’s what makes it exciting.

This is just the start of the journey… the quest for a canal carp is ON.
