Today we have an incredible opportunity to be the first people of the season to go Pike fishing on this legendary lake... Esthwaite water. I was invited out by Dave, a lake district fishing guide who has been working at this lake for over 30 years, to head out one day before their season starts to film a video. It did NOT disappoint! We were lure fishing and between us, caught loads of big pike including something very special at the end! What an incredible opportunity to beat the crowds, and target some fish who hadn't seen a pike lure in over 6 months!
