Hooking into a big steelhead at Ambleside, West Vancouver was already a dream… but what happened next was pure CHAOS! ????????

The fight was on, adrenaline was pumping, and just when I thought I had the fish under control, my line got tangled with another angler! ????????

Thankfully, @fishcouver_604 came to the rescue! ???? His kindness, patience, and quick help got us untangled and, with his help, we were able to successfully net this beautiful steelhead. What a moment! ????????

The best part? ❤️ After a good revival, this powerful fish swam away unharmed, healthy, and strong—exactly how every catch-and-release should end.

A Father’s Day gift I’ll never forget. ????????
Big fish, big chaos, and an even bigger thank you to a fellow angler who stepped in to help!

Tight lines, good people, and unforgettable moments! ????????
