Luke heads over to Elson's lake on the Stanwick Fisheries complex. The intimate 6-acre lake is a carp anglers paradise. It’s a challenging venue, however, with a good number of 30’s and a handful of 40’s to go for, it tempts even the most keen anglers.

The conditions were changing daily on Luke’s latest session, so remaining mobile was the key to a successful trip. Setting traps in marginal areas and open water proved to be effective, as Luke went on to land a few carp over the 48hr session with the largest an original 25lb+ common.
