We make the trip to NY’s Salmon River in Pulaski, NY for some November steelhead fishing. What we find is low and clear water conditions and a bunch of fish being harassed by snaggers at every turn. We manage a few bright fish but end up leaving sick about what has happened to a beautiful river full of steelhead.
