I’m Rads. This is my first video.
Northern California fisherman. Freshwater and brackish. Large mouth, spotted bass, crappie, trout, panfish, Kokanee, salmon, steelhead, and whatever else is around.
I fish from the bank, wade, and from a modular kayak. Traditional baitcasting and spinning, BFS and SFS, center pin, float fishing, trolling from the kayak, traditional fly, and both one-handed and two-handed spey.
This channel is about the reality of fishing — the good days, the slow days, the ones that get away, the gear that works and the gear that doesn’t. It’s also about fishing in your fifties, life in your fifties, and figuring things out while you’re out of work.
You’ll see kayak mods, gear reviews on and off the water, and the fishing industry stuff that actually matters when you’re the one carrying it.
If that sounds like the kind of fishing channel you want to watch, subscribe. More coming.
