Back down in the Scottish Borders, targeting Pike this time, though we did end up catching a massive Trout too!
Fishing on a few different days, starting with the most recent session, then showing all the highlights from a recent camping trip to the same loch.

The loch we fished on this trip was The Loch of the Lowes, the smaller of the two lochs in this beautiful valley. The other is St Mary’s Loch, which holds some absolute monster Pike.

I haven’t done a lot of fishing on Loch of the Lowes and have only managed to catch Perch from it before. I was really happy to catch a few Pike as well as a Big trout, we had a few unlucky moments too, losing a couple of nice fish.
