I get asked a lot about the emerald shiner streamers I use in my Lake Erie Steelhead Fly Fishing videos. This is a pattern that my father and I came up with, and have used with great success on the Pennsylvania Lake Erie Tributaries. It is almost a jig-like fly, the key ingredient being a white marabou tail.
