Klamath River adventure catching Salmon & Steelhead

A guided fishing trip on the Klamath River in Northern California in late August. Fishing highlights of our day reeling in multiple fish with Guide Kenny Priest of Fishing the North Coast. One adult hard-fighting salmon attempted to jump out of the net and almost made it. Several feisty jack salmon were landed and one chrome-bright steelhead. All fish were released. We also had bald eagles, golden eagles fly over us and we saw one black bear on the river bank. Only a handful of fishing guides were on the river and we landed fish at Blake's Riffle, Knapps, Blue Creek and Bear Creek fishing spots.
