Back in the days the Clyde estuary was one of the most prolific area for cod fishing in Europe . And then everything went downhill . The Clyde eventually become dead . Everyone forgot about the Clyde . Then in december the 4th 2017 three addicted kayak anglers decided to fish the Clyde . Glen , Marcos and I decided to paddle and enjoy some mild winter weather . I decided to go light , Lrf . Sooner than later the rocky ground was beaming with fish and the action began . Light spinning is fun . And then later on the mackerel started to show . Mackerel in december in the Clyde estuary , who would have guessed that ! Unbelievable . Revive the Clyde !
