After yet more local flooding it was time to head back to the stream in the woods! I left the lure rod behind and the plan was to using float and ledger methods to try and catch whatever I could. As usual whenever I come to this venue chub was the main species on my list to catch, so bigger hooks and bigger baits was going to be key to catching the bigger species. Although i didn't expect to catch this Illegal species!
