This is how I rig my spinners for fishing at the north jetty at Cape Disappointment, WA. There are many ways to do it. This has worked for me. I've caught lots of salmon with this set-up and not just at the jetty. This set-up will work anywhere spinners are effective. Good luck. Fish on!
