In summer of 2024, this was my first attempt at an overnight trip where I was taking video, fishing and exploring the beautiful Birs River in Canton(s) Bern & Jura. Located in the Northwest of Switzerland, Jura is the newest of the 26 Swiss Cantons - founded in 1976, there is still tension, especially in the small city of Moutier between individuals if they are Jura, or they are Bernese.
