Hooked up about 7 PM on July 18, 2017 this steelhead was a pig. At first I thought it might be a jack salmon because of the bull dogging and hunkering down. When I got the fish near to the bank I could see it was a large male fish of 8 to 9 pounds. Nearly got him up on the bank.
