I’m very fortunate to live just outside of Buffalo New York, because the best freshwater fishing available in the United States is within 50 mile radius of the city. In today’s video, i fish with my old friends, Bill Hilts Jr, and Captain Frank Campbell, on the lower Nagra river, enjoying a day of drifting for lakers and steelhead. Bill, Frank and I have fished together for many years, and in fact produced over a dozen shows for my tv series “Jim Hanley’s Northeast Outdoors” during its 17 year run. We show you the techniques and equipment we use for putting together a great day on the water. If you ever have the opportunity to fish the Lower Niagara, you’re in for a treat as just about anything that swims is there to be caught
