I went fishing on my birthday a while ago and caught some steelhead and in this video I deboned the fillet and took the skin off, then I cut it into strips and crusted with coconut flakes. I cooked until I reach a desired temperature then rested and went in for a taste and I was pleased with the results! check it out.
