On a recent family trip down to Melbourne, I was sneaky enough to pack away a travel rod. Soon as I had a couple of hours I walked down to the local pond to flick some lures for Redfin (English Perch).
The weather wasn't looking all that good but knowing Redfin are very aggressive at hitting lures my hopes were high.
