Late Fall can be very productive to target steelhead, but the weather can be very unpredictable. This trip was evident of that as it started off in the low 30s and snow. Water was low and clear so I downsized my gear and ran some of my most productive trout nymphs. That seemed to be the trick as I went 3/4 and put a couple nice steelhead in the net.
