This is my 2nd season fishing for winter steelhead on this river and the first one I've landed. I hooked one while plunking the high water that came off and I caught a Summer run and a few juveniles (AKA large rainbows), but this is the 1st adult winter I've hooked and landed. Luckily it was hatchery! Enjoy!
