Along Indian Creek in North Fork, Idaho, retired outfitter, fly angler and grandmother Terry Myers has built a life around the river. For Terry, wild salmon and steelhead are more than fish. They're part of her family's history, her community and the experiences she hopes to share with her grandchildren.

As wild steelhead returns decline, Terry reflects on what these remarkable fish have meant to her life and what their recovery could mean for future generations.
