The Zeiterion Theatre Performing Arts Center has proudly united the area’s top Portuguese cultural organizations to produce “Viva Portugal,” a free, downtown New Bedford street fair showcasing the food, performing arts and folkloric culture of Portugal, this Saturday from 1-7:45.
