The early morning bite for King Salmon off Fairport, Michigan is pretty amazing this time of year. When the sun comes up, the King Salmon bite slows way down, but with the correct lures we were able to turn on the Steelhead Trout. We ended up catching four nice King Salmon on Mr. Chrome's McLovin Spoon and three Steelhead Trout on a Moonshine Lure (Orange) in only a few hours of fishing.
