Two steelhead sessions on the Erie tributaries, two very different stories.

The first trip turned into a scramble at the bank—after a couple fish popped off right at my feet, I had to get creative and used a less-than-conventional landing strategy to nudge them ashore.

The second session was classic Erie steelhead action with a quick limit… and an unexpected moment across the stream when another angler took an unplanned dip. Thankfully he was okay and gave me permission to share the footage.

Limits, chaos, and a little bit of improvisation—just another couple days chasing steelhead on the Erie tribs.
