Catching the steelhead in High and stained water is very tough. Bait selecting is the key ingredient in this water condition. IIt took me an hour to change to the right bait. I hit up streams where the water is much clearer with strong n fast current. The water is about knee deep with fast current. I was able to land two the spawn sack and worked my way down to the deeper spot.
