Spent the day grinding on Great Lakes tributaries chasing steelhead and stayed busy the whole time. Nothing huge this trip, but numbers were solid with a ton of smaller fish keeping things interesting. Dialed in the pattern, made some adjustments throughout the day, and it paid off with consistent action.

Even when they’re not giants, these fish fight hard and make every hookup worth it. Pay attention to the subtle bites—some of these takes were super light but ended up being fish.
