Back in the 1960's and early 1970's my old fishing partner Don Frazier and I fished a small tributary of the Toutle River in Washington State called the Green River. This tributary of the Toutle River was about 12 miles long.
We sneaked into the Stream via an old, abandoned railroad bed that was once used to log and gain access to a mining area. We fished the stream for over 5 years. Never telling anyone about it. We named it "Snuffy Creek".
During the time we fished the hike in area of Snuffy Creek, we never met another fisherman! What we had, does not exist anymore.
