I tried new Kumbo Desperate Rig, Double rig, and regular rig. Two seemed to be deadly effective Kumbo double rig n Kumbo rig. I used Kumbo Desperate Rig when the steelhead did not want to bite. So three baits better than two. I will try to find ways to increase chances of catching them, but I sometimes fish in the pool where the steelhead don't eggs n minnows. I switched back and forth between Kumbo Double Rig and Kumbo rig. I was able to land few of them. I got some on the spawn sack and modified crappy tube jig. This way I targeted two different steelhead prefer different food chains.
