Reel FALLS OFF Rod but we still CATCH the SALMON!

During an EPIC day of salmon fishing while testing my NEW Piscifun Line Counter Reel I had a MAJOR MALFUNCTION right after hooking into a 9 lb Coho Salmon! I handed the reel to another angler and told him to REEL in the fish! I hand retrieved the line while managing the fishing rod and we ended up catching a HATCHERY FISH, tagging out on my 2 fish LIMIT!

Fishing in Oregon is the BEST and I was blessed to be on @gypsydaviepearlsnapsportfi5680 boat. We caught 10 salmon in only a few hours and then caught some HUGE LINGCOD! (Stay tuned for that video)
