In this fly tying tutorial, Danish fly tyer and fly fisher Mads Birkholt will guide you through the tying of the tube fly POP Zonker (Pink Orange Purple Zonker). This tube fly is designed for Arctic Char on a recent trip to Greenland, but has proven very effective for fishing for steelheads, salmon and sea run brown trouts when the water is cold, the fish are deep and need to be triggered to take the fly. Mads says about the fly: "The pink and purple colors and the orange hot spots is fantastic for arctic char and on a recent trip it did the job - it was immediately given a permanent place in the box."
