Turkey season is finally over, so time to get wet again! Took the 8 weight out with my OPST 250 grain commando head and learned how to Skagit cast lol. If you've got a good roll cast, you can figure out the rest. It def makes you work on technique! Hooked into a nice carp, a monster of a smallmouth bass, and I'm not sure what the last was, but it was a decent fish! Did a little river cleanup at the end while getting harangued by a Phoebe lol. Enjoy!
