We didn't know it, but today was the LAST day for steelhead fishing on the Nooksack for the year. Done. Wow. We gave it the 'ol college try today as Brian drifted jigs under a bobber, soft beads and Chris drifted eggs as well as both of us twitching jigs and throwing spinners.
