After a lackluster and teaser of a steelhead season, I decided it was time to switch routes and go after another species on my fishing bucket list. That being my first Spring Chinook Salmon. Hopping on the boat with my buddy Ian and with the help of Riley from Wallace Guide Service I was determined to finally wash the skunk off of my trips on the Rouge River.
