What a night to remember! On a quick overnighter at the syndicate in Cambridge, I managed to land an absolutely stunning 48lb mirror – and honestly, I’m completely lost for words. To say I’m over the moon would be an understatement. It all happened so quickly, and to catch a fish of that size on such a short session is just unbelievable. The moment it rolled into the net, I knew it was something special, and I’m still buzzing now. This is why we do it – those magic moments that make all the effort worth it.
