Insulated High Top Boots Tested! HiSea Insulated Hunting and Fishing Boots

I put the HiSea insulated high top hunting and fishing boots through several tests against my normal hightop rubber boots. I wanted to see if the HiSea boots would be a better choice in the winter when fishing - are they waterproof, comfortable, and usable as surf fishing boots? So, check out this review since these boots come in mens and womens sizing. My one-mile hike test confirmed they are okay as hiking boots for short trips.
