Fall steelhead fishing is heating up across the Great Lakes! In today's video, we're heading out to the Lake Ontario tributaries in Southern Ontario in search of Great Lakes steelhead and rainbow trout as the fall steelhead run gets underway.

We're exploring Ontario rivers, fishing different pools and runs, and trying to hook into some hard-fighting Lake Ontario steelhead. From float fishing for steelhead to battling fish in the current, there's nothing quite like fall fishing on the Great Lakes!

Lake Ontario tributaries offer some of the best steelhead fishing opportunities in Ontario, with migratory rainbow trout entering rivers throughout the fall, winter, and spring. Whether you're interested in Ontario steelhead fishing, Great Lakes tributary fishing, river fishing, float fishing, or learning more about the steelhead run, I hope you enjoy coming along for the adventure!
