Tried out a new fishing spot near Darwin City, Doctors Gully.

This spot is tucked away just outside the fishing reserve and is honestly pretty hard to find if you don’t know where you’re going. Looked like a good little location with structure, current, and bait moving through.
Spent the session flicking lures around chasing barra and trevally. Got a few small hits from tiny trevally but nothing solid landed this time around.
I reckon the neap tide probably didn’t help much. Not a lot of water movement and the fish seemed pretty shut down. A bigger spring tide could make this place fish completely different with more bait getting pushed through the area.

Still cool exploring a new spot around Darwin and trying to work out the tides and timing for it. Definitely a place I’ll come back and try again.
