I finally get my solo backpacking and fly fishing adventure of a lifetime. I've wanted to put a backpack on and go fly fishing deep in the backcountry for so long but my plans were curtailed by bad weather. River levels have finally settled and the trout are out feeding on cicadas deep in this primal forest river and I had an amazing time catching them.
