I walked into a quiet stretch of river expecting a slow grind… and within a couple casts, fish were already surfacing and chasing. What started as a “just check it out” stop quickly turned into nonstop action with aggressive coho smashing spoons on the drop, subtle taps turning into hookups, and chrome fish lighting up the water.
