My 8 yr old Dakota is a little trooper. She was up at 1am with us, did the 2 hour trek and endured wave after wave of rain in the dark. This was her first time on the kayak with me. She was able to put a few on the deck despite the less than ideal conditions. Bringing my girls out with me, seeing them smile and making core memories is what it is all about. This was the reason behind the tandem kayak when I first got it....
